Member hospitals contribute detailed clinical records covering every bariatric procedure performed at their facility. The collected information spans preoperative patient demographics and health profiles, along with surgical care processes and postoperative clinical outcomes.

Each year, trained nurse auditors from the coordinating center conduct on-site reviews at participating hospitals to confirm the precision and thoroughness of all registry submissions.

Patients who provide consent are enrolled in an ongoing survey program, beginning before their surgery and continuing annually thereafter. Survey responses capture body weight changes, overall quality of life measures, and resolution of obesity-related health conditions.
